Our team will be available via Discord and Live Chat to assist with general queries. You can also explore our comprehensive FAQs or visit our website for specific information. Please note that account-specific requests may take up to three business days to resolve during the holiday season.

🚀 Payouts
Payouts will not be processed on December 25/26 or January 1, but requests on any other days will be handled as usual. While slight delays may occur, rest assured we’re working hard to ensure timely processing.

Market hours may vary during the holidays, with only crypto markets remaining open throughout the entire festive period. Please check the trading schedules for specific instruments to plan accordingly. Below are the details of the holiday-affected trading hours:

  • XAUUSD, XAGUSD — early close, 6:45 pm GMT
  • ASX200 — early close, 5:30 pm GMT
  • FTSE100 — early close, 12:50 pm GMT
  • GER40 — closed
  • JPN225, SPX500, US100, US30 — early close, 6:15 pm GMT
  • UKOil — early close, 7 pm GMT
  • USOil — early close, 6:45 pm GMT

Wednesday, December 25th

  • Markets closed 

Thursday, December 26th

  • FTSE100, GER40 — closed

Friday, December 27th

  • FTSE100 — late open, 1 am GMT 
  • GER40 — late open, 12:15 am GMT 

Tuesday, December 31st 

  • FTSE100 — early close, 12:50 pm GMT
  • GER40 — closed
  • UKOil — early close, 8 pm GMT 

Wednesday, January 1st

  • Markets closed 

Thursday, January 2nd

  • FTSE100 — late open, 1 am GMT 
  • GER40 — late open, 12:15 am GMT
