Verification Process: Getting Yourself Verified

To get yourself verified, you need to allow access to your webcam when prompted by your browser. If you have already done this but your webcam is still not working, you might need to check your operating system camera settings. Here are specific instructions:

Important Tips before You Start:

  • Clear Images: Make sure your ID and selfie are well-lit and in focus. No blurry photos!
  • Physical ID: Take a photo of your actual ID card, not a photo of the screen.
  • Mobile Device: Verification works best on a mobile phone.
  • Friend’s Phone: If you can’t use your own phone, you can use a friend or family member’s phone as a last resort.
  • Close Other Apps: Make sure your camera isn’t being used by another application like Zoom, Skype, or FaceTime. Close these apps before starting verification.
  • Restart Your Device: If nothing else works, try restarting your device.
  • Clear Cache & Cookies: Clear your browser’s cache and cookies to ensure optimal performance and resolve potential loading issues.
